1 cupfresh curd
1/2 cupchopped palak
1/4 cupchopped phudina
1/4 cupchopped coriander
1 tspblack salt
1green chilli chopped
1small piece of ginger grated
1 tsproasted jeera powder
as neededPhudina leaves for garnishing

Grind palak,chilli,phudina,coriander Ginger in mixer ginder with little water.,black salt,jeera powder also

Mix with curd and prepare buttermilk and garnish with phudina Serve cool buttermilk good for digestion
