Steps

In pressure cooker add wash dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and water.

Cook it until dal is soft.

Add jaggery and lemon juice in the dal and mix well.

For Dhokli
Take bowl add whole wheat flour, gram flour, salt, oil, ajwain and turmeric powder. - 5
Make soft dough like chapati with help of water.

Make small balls from the dough and roll to make a thin chapati.

Cut the chapati into small pieces of any desired shape.

Add the pieces in the cooked dal.

Cook it on medium flame until the dough is cooked properly.

For Tempering
Heat ghee in a pan.add
ghee, hing, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. - 11
After few seconds add curry leaves and green chilli, whole dry coriander and fry for a few seconds.

Now off the flame. Add red chilli powder.

Now pour the tempering over the dal. Mix it slowly.

Garnish the dal dhokli with fresh coriander and fried peanut.
