Soak rice and urad dal grind it to a paste in morning. Add salt and give mix and rest it to ferment(keep in preheated microwave).

Heat oil in a pan caraker Mustard seed, cumin Seed, and curry leaves and saute onion slices. Add salt, red chilli powder,and tumeric powder. Mix in potatoes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.

Heat a nonstick pan. And speard batter use ladle to pour batter. When it cooked speard sehzwan chtuney.

Top with a small portion of potato mixture and spread top with greated cheese and green chtuney and Roll Dosa.

Cut into Dosa for garnishing with greated cheese and serve with mint chtuney, cocount chtuney.
