Cut your chicken into pieces,add salt,rosemary leaves with stem and ginger. Most kienyeji are tough,Boil for approx 2-3 hrs on a slow cooker. Until the meat is tender.

In a pan heat the oil n saute onions till translucent, add spice's Cook for a minute as you turn.

Add Ginger and garlic,Add Carrots' grated and diced, bell pepper, coriader stem's (save some leaves to add last,)

Add tomato paste,tomato puree,salt and mix inn. Add the chicken and mix well.

Add chicken broth and cover cook on low heat for 10mins to ensure the chicken get the flavors

Remove from heat,Add coriader leaves, mix inn. Serve with rice,chapati,ugali..
