Ingredients

  • 1&1/2cupMaida (all purpose flour)
  • 1 tspEno
  • 1 tspKasoori methi
  • as requiredOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put into Maida and all shown ingredients,mix well and make a semi soft dough.,then rest 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Take small balls roll it flat like chapati

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add oil and fry all bhature and serve with chhole.
