Ingredients

2 cupsstrawberries (frozen)
3 tbsp.sugar
1 cupmilk
2/3 cupheavy cream
1/4 cupsour cream
Fresh mint - - - for flavoring and garnish
1/4 cupfresh strawberries chopped for garnish

Add frozen strawberries, milk, heavy cream and sour cream in blender until smooth.

Then add sugar and blend all together.

Put a few chopped strawberries in bowl and add soup.

Garnish with fresh mint.
