Sawaiyyon ko light brown ka k alag kar len phir ghee me elaichi long dal k karkarayen..then sawiyyan aur sugar add karen. then apne hisaab se pani add karen.(sawiyya dry rakhni ho to kam pani dalen aur geeli rakhni ho to tra zada pani).
tez aanch pe sawaiyya kuch dair pakaen phir usay dam pe rakh den 5,7 min.
now Sawiyyan is ready to eat.. - 2
