Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 125 grampaneer
  2. 4 tbspWheat flour
  3. 1 tbspCorn flour
  4. 4 tspmilk
  5. 1 pinchOrange of food colour
  6. 1 cupSugar
  7. 2 cupwater
  8. Few Saffron strings
  9. 1 tspCardamom powder
  10. As neededWater
  11. as neededOil for deep frying

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the paneer with masher.

    Add wheat flour,cornflour, orange colour & milk.Mix bhi well.

    Put this batter in a piping bag.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a karahi.With the help of piping bag,make small small jalebis.

    Boil 2 cup water in a pan with 1 cup sugar,cook till sugar dissolves properly now sdd green cardamom powder & boil.Stir for a while & add saffron.Once it become according to consistency,switch off the flame.

    Soak prepared jalebi in this syrup for 5 minutes.

    Serve these jalebis hot.
