Shift the maida, salt, baking powder and soda for 2 to 3 times, keep a side. In large bowl mix oil, coconut oil and milkmaid well, it should be creamy texture not crumbled. Now add vanilla extract and soda water, mix then add maida little at a time mix well, don't over mix, add chopped cherry or nuts of your choice and mix. Line any shape tin with butter paper.(15 cm tin)pour the mixer in the tin, add some more cherries.

Bake it in a pre- heated oven for about 60 minutes @ 180 degree. Check in between with a toothpick, if it comes out clean then cake is done. You can bake it little more to make it brown and tasty.

Stay up to 4 days in normal temperature.
