Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbspOats (Soaked in half cup water)
  • 1 tbspCarrots (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tbspGreen Peas
  • 1small Onion (Chopped)
  • 1-2Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)-or as preferred
  • 1/2Lemon Juice or as per your taste
  • 1 tbspCurd (Beaten)
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspSambhar Masala
  • 1 tbspOil
  • As required Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the oats in water and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Whisk the curd and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onions, green peas, carrots and green chillies. Stir fry and cook it over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.

  4. 4

    Add salt, turmeric powder and sambar masala. Mix it all well.

  5. 5

    Add soaked oats and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Add half cup water and cook it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. i e. For about 3 to 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add the whisked curd and mix well. Cook for a minute or two.

  8. 8

    Adjust consistency as per your need.

  9. 9

    Add lemon juice and off the flame.

  10. 10

    Serve immediately.
