Veg Masala Oats

Soak the oats in water and keep aside.

Whisk the curd and keep aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onions, green peas, carrots and green chillies. Stir fry and cook it over medium heat until vegetables are cooked.

Add salt, turmeric powder and sambar masala. Mix it all well.

Add soaked oats and mix it well.

Add half cup water and cook it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. i e. For about 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the whisked curd and mix well. Cook for a minute or two.

Adjust consistency as per your need.

Add lemon juice and off the flame.

Serve immediately.
