Craving led me to baking this and shared with my neighbour and she placed an order of 2kg of the same.

Weigh all your ingredients.in a bowl mash your bananas until smooth.

Add the melted margarine in the mashed bananas and continue mixing add bicarbonate and a pinch of salt and mix well.

Stir in the sugar and the mint essence,add the flour to the mixture and fold in.pour the batter in a greased baking tin.

Baking time 45mnts
- 5
Baking temperatures 160-200c
