Steps

Wash and cut raw mangoes into small pieces.

Take a pressure cooker, keep it on a normal flame, transfer raw mango pieces and add all spices in cooker.

Pour water in it and close the lid, cook till 2 whistles blow.

Once it is cooked properly, open the lid and add jaggery and mix it well, sprinkle coriander leaves.

Kacche Aam ki Launji is ready, serve it with paranthe.
