Healthy Oats Cake

Put oats in grinder and make fine powder

Add tutti fruitti, cashew, raisins in a bowl and dust it with oats powder.

In a jar add 1/2 cup milk, white butter, gur, vanilla essence and blend for 2 minutes.

Then add chopped banana and blend again for 2 minutes

In a deep bowl add oats powder and milk mixture, mix it well.

Preheat otg on 180℃ for 10 minutes, pour mixture in greased cake tin, sprinkle some dry fruit on it, tap it 3 to 4 times,

Put it in otg for 30 mts, oats cake is ready, demould it,keep aside. When cool down cut it in pieces and serve.
