200 mlTomato puree
Bacon
1carrot(diced)
1Onion diced
1 table spoonoil

Sweat the onion

Add the bacon and carrots,,,stir continuously without colour

Add in the tomato puree and stir,,,simer for 5 minutes

Add stock or water,,stir and simmer for 20 minutes

After it's ready cool it then blend

Serve with croutons
