Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpotato cut in wedges
  2. 2 tbsppickle masala redymade
  3. to tastesalt
  4. to tastered chilli
  5. 2 tbspfive spices (cumin,fenugreek,fennel,mustard,nigella)
  6. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry wedges in oil and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now in a pan take smal amount of oil,add five spices,wedges and other spices,mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes and serve with rice.
