Ingredients

  • 250 gmsemolina / suji
  • 100 gmghee
  • as per tastesugar
  • 1 tbspchopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In hot ghee roast semolina till pinkish

  2. 2

    Add enough water and stir continuously

  3. 3

    Do not make lumps,add sugar and cook for a minute,add dry fruits and serve.
