Steps

First wash the rice with water and then sock the rice in water for 1 hr.

Now put a deep pan on gas and add water add cardamom & cloves get a boil in it.

Now add rice and give stir in it and cook rice untill the rice cooked 90%.

After the rice cooked take a another pan and add 1/2 glass of water and get a boil in it add sugar get a another boil.

Add food colour after that add boiled rice give a stir in it. Cover it with lid & cook for 10-15 min.

Add all dry fruit and khoya in it. And now it is ready to serve,decorate with tuti frooti.
