Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1/2 cupCooked rice
  3. Sugar
  4. 1 table spoonYeast
  5. Baking powder 1/2. Teaspoon
  6. Salt
  7. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice over night, mix it with the cooked rice and blend

  2. 2

    Add yeast cover and allow to rise for 4hrs

  3. 3

    Add sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Add little oil in a tanda and fry.
