Per boil the rice and set aside

Slice all the vegetables

In a pot add your oil, onions, grinded scotch bonnet, ginger, garlic, grinded pepper, tomato paste and fry

Add chicken stock and let it boil

Add the per boiled rice, seasoning, curry and let it cook

When it is done add your sliced vegetables and cover for 2mnts

Served with coleslaw and fried chicken
