Mushroom Fried Rice

Heat oil in a kadhai, add shahi jeera, onion fry for 1 minute. Then add garlic, ginger paste, turmeric powder salt to taste, sliced mushroom, tomato cover the kadai and cook for 6 minutes, when water is evaporated

Then add cumin powder, garam masala powder and 80% cooked rice and coriander leaves stir it continuously.

After 3 minutes when fragrance of mushrooms comes out then ready to serve.
