My first entry for the competition.best for breakfast in winters in sehri and with evening tea. Before this recipe i make allo parathe by stuffing the potato mix in between 2 rotis .once not in mood of cooking and my kids want aaloo parathe so accidentally mix all the ingredients and make like roti and fried easy and jhatput method of aaloo paratha

Ingredients

4medium size boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup wheat flour
4 tbsImli pulp
1 tbs#National kasundi achar
1 tspChaat masala
to tasteSalt
1 tspRoasted and grinded coriander zeera and button chillies
1 tspRed chilli powder
2 tbsOil
2Green chillies, fresh coriander finely chopped

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and knead a dough.give rest for 15 min.

Make small roti and shallow fry it.

Serve hot with imli sauce and achaar
