In a pan take 500 ml milk and boil and cook for 15 minutes,till it becomes thick and half of consistency and then add sugar - 1/4 th cup..

Now add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and take another bowl and add milk powder 1/2 cup and add little water and make fine paste..

Now add milk powder mixture to the milk ; mix well and then add saffron milk and mix well,after 5 minutes milk changes it colour and perfect consistency for kulfi.Switch off flame.

Now add dry fruits to mixture and pour in moulds and freeze for 7 hours..

After 7 hours; add dry fruits for garnishing.Perfect for summer..ENJOY!!
