In a wide vessel take bajra flour and add all the spices and mix well.

Add grated boiled potatoes and mix thoroughly.

With the help of lukewarm water knead the dough.

Make the balls out of the dough and with the help of your hands flatten into small puri sized disc and cook on a hot girdle.

Serve with curd raita of your choice.
