Method
Grind green coriander, green chillies and mint and make a thin paste. Add eggs, coriander mint paste and water-soaked bread slices (wring before mixing) to minced meat.Then add ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, salt, red chillies and all spice powder and mix well. Make long shape kababs and shallow fry. Once kababs are fried well, remove from stove. - 2
How to Make Curry Gravy:
Boil onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic cloves in water for 5 minutes, then remove from water and grind finely. Keep the water for later use.Now heat oil in pan, add onion mixture and cook. When spice water dries out, add red pepper, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, mint, all-spice powder and mix well.Now add yogurt and also one glass of water in which you boiled onions and increase flame.Once water dries, roast spices and add fried kebabs.
