Steps

1. Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat 1.5 tbsp ghee add baby corn and saute little. Now add garam masala and salt.
3. Add this to rice add 1.5 cup water cook until rice done.

4. Heat another tbsp of ghee in kadai add cashews, coriander leaves. Saute till it turns gold. Garnish this into rice.
5. Serve hot with any spicy curry..
