Pure Punjabi Platter(Sarson ka sag Makki ki roti)

Clean,wash and cut all the sag leaves.

Put in a cooker.

Add ginger.garlic and green chillies.

Add salt

Put on the gas

After 1 whistle put on simmer atleast 1/2 an hour

Now open and add maize flour

Blend it well

Cook till the flour mix properly

Heat desi ghee

Add chopped onions and saute

Mix red chilli powder

Pour tadka in the sag and mix well

Serve with makki ki roti,gur,mooli and lassi(maize flour roti.raddish.jaggery and buttermilk)

Top with white butter
