Ingredients

  • 1 cupplain flour
  • Halfcup wheat powder
  • 1 tablespoonactuve dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl sieve in your flour wheat powder

  2. 2

    Add your yeast baking powder and salt

  3. 3

    Mix all together and gradually add in water untill u form a lump free tick bater

  4. 4

    Allow it to rise for 1hr

  5. 5

    Deep fry until golden brown on a low heat and serve with stew or vegetable soup
