Steps

Chop onion,tomatoes and capsicum and keep aside.

Pressure cook green peas chopped carrot for 2 whistles with little water. Can chop the carrots to smaller pieces now

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the onions first. Next goes in the chopped capsicum. Stir fry on high flame

Add the tomatoes and spice powders. Mix,cover and cook.

Add the green peas and carrots

Mix well and mash lightly.

Heat a dosa pan. Spread a tsp of oil. Sprinkle water. Let it dry up. Now pour a laddle of batter and spread evenly

Let it cook for a minute on high. Now add some prepared masala and a small blob of butter over it.

Mash and spread with a masher and spoon

When you see the sides browning start turning from the sides half way. From one side first then other.

Remove on a plate and cut diagonally. Voila dosa bites are ready to dig in!
