Mix the dry ingredients together,add dahi and mix well then add little bit of water to make very soft dough,apply oil to the dough and cover,let the dough sit for 5 hours

Then roll the naan,sprinkle the water lightly on one side of the naan

Heat tawa on medium flame,put water side naan over tawa,the naan start bubbling turn the tawa over flames keeping about 2 inch away from the flames,once naan browned then off the flame and apply butter and serve with matar paneer
