Pasta/potatoes with offals

Per boil pasta with salt and oil, wash and set aside

In a pot add your onions, grinded scotch bonnet, oil, tomato paste, ginger, garlic and fry. Add water and allow to boil

Add seasoning, curry, per boiled pasta and cook

Peel the potatoes and cut into two

Boil with salt, curry and set aside

In a pan add little oil, ginger, garlic, onions, grinded scotch bonnet and fry

Add seasoning cooked offals and stir, add the slice vegetables and the cooked potatoes and allow to simmer for 3mnts

In a large bowl, add the sliced cabbage,carrots, in another bowl add the mayonnaise, milk and sugar and mix well to combine, add the diced boiled egg and mix, pour the mayo mixture on the sliced cabbage and mix well till the mayo is fully incorporated in the cabbage
