Ingredients

  • For rice :
  • 1choppedCapsicum
  • 1choppedCarrot
  • 1choppedGreen chilli
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 2 cupBasmati rice boiled
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • For chicken :
  • Marination:
  • 1/2 kgChicken boneless
  • Salt
  • 2 tspCornflour
  • 1 tspWhite flour
  • 1Egg
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • For gravy:
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 5Garlic chopped
  • 4 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspVineger
  • 1 tspWorcester sauce
  • 1Lemon
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2Green.chillies chopped
  • 1 tspChicken powder
  • 1Pineapple tin with juice
  • 2 tspCornflour for thicken the gravy

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry all the vegetables in oil and add boiled rice saute it well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken for 1 hour and deep fry it. place a side.

  3. 3

    For sauce add oil garlic saute it very well.

  4. 4

    Add all the sauce with pineapple chunks and juices

  5. 5

    Add cornflour for the thickening the gravy.

  6. 6

    Add chicken,lemon too

  7. 7

    Serves it with fried rice.
