Ingredients

  1. Irish(preboiled)
  2. Bell pepper
  3. Salt
  4. Oil
  5. Spring onions
  6. Samosa pockets

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onions,add the yellow and red pepper,add salt

    Add the Irish and stir as you mash them,when almost done add the spring onions then set aside and let them cool before filling.

    Fill all the pockets and set them aside so that you can get humble to fry them.

    Heat oil but it should not be too hot then start frying yo samosas

  5. 5

    Serve
