Steps

Wash and cut the paneer, capsicum and onion in square shape.

Put 1/2of the ghee in kadhai for saute capsicum and onion. For 2-3 min on high flame.

Now put remain ghee or butter in kadhai.warm it.then put ginger garlic bpaste saute for 1 min now add tomato puree and all the dry ingredients.cook till it leaves ghee on sides. Add cashewnut paste and cream saute for min and add paneer capsicum and onion. put little bit water and cook for 5 min at medium flame. Add cushed corriender seeds.serve hot with chapati.
