Masala sandwich

To make the masala for the toast, take a bowl and add the boiled and mashed potato in it. Then add chopped onion, green chilli(optional), salt, chilli powder and aamchoor to it and mix it well.

Now take a slice of bread and apply one and a half spoon of the potato onion mix or masala on it. Spread the masala on the bread slice evenly with the help of a spoon.

Take anothe slice of the bread and apply a spoon of vega sauce on it. Now put the slices together and put it in a sandwich maker. Remember to grease the sandwich maker if you are not using a nonstick one. Wait till the timer goes off and then get your tasty and saucy sandwich out of the toaster. Enjoy it with tea as your breakfast or as an evening snack.
