1 tspJeera / cumin
2 tbspCoriander
as neededWater

as per needRed pepper
1 tspTurmeric

Switch on the flame. Take a cooker on it. Add ghee in it and heat jeera

Add moong dal, turmeric powder, red pepper, salt and needed water.

Now boiled it for low flame. Cook at for 30 min.

Make tadka and mix in it.

Ready to serve.
