Ingredients

250 gmsMaida / all purpose flour
50 gmssooji / semolina
1/2 tspsalt
as neededSoda water
as neededOil for frying

Add sooji maida and salt.

Knead it by adding soda. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it for 1 hour.

Make small balls of it and roll it
4

Fry it in hot oil and serve with chhole.
