Ingredients

  • 250 gmsMaida / all purpose flour
  • 50 gmssooji / semolina
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • as neededSoda water
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sooji maida and salt.

  2. 2

    Knead it by adding soda. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Make small balls of it and roll it

  4. 4

    Fry it in hot oil and serve with chhole.
