Ingredients

  1. CubeDiced liver
  2. Cubediced meat
  3. 3tblspn tomato paste
  4. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  5. 1onions diced
  6. Seasoning and spices
  7. 1/2 cupoil
  8. 5grounded scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Add hot water to the liver and stir for few minutes then sieve.

  2. 2

    On a hot pan, add oil, meat, ginger garlic paste,onions,spices and seasonings to taste,scotch bonnet and keep stirring until meat is done.

  3. 3

    Add ½ cup water,tomato paste and liver, cover fot for few minutes and it's ready to be served.
