Cut straight strips of yam and boil adding sugar and salt.cook till 70% done

In another bowl, pour flour, add little salt and sugar and mix together

Put your yam inside the flour and wrap it round it

Break egg in a plate,add little salt and sugar and whisk. Then dip the floured yam into it and get it soaked. Then fry in hot oil,till brown

Put on a paper towel

For the pepper sauce,put oil in a pot and get it hot

Pour in the pepper mix and cover to cook for 5 minute

Add the seasoning,maggi and curry and stir and let simmer for 2 minute

Serve with the yamarita
