Take aval wash and grind with one cup of milk make a paste.

Take a pan add clarified butter then add grinded aval paste stir fry for golden brown.

Take a saucepan add water,jaggery,pista,cardamom powder, raisins and saffron colour mix and boil jaggery to melt.

Then add melted jaggery syrup in aval and make thick consistency.

Take a greased tray pour aval mixture level it and garnish with almonds.

Then cool cut in pcs and enjoy.
