500 mlMilk
2 tablespoonStrawberry custard powder
7 tablespoonsugar
150 gramdouble cream/heavy cream
packetStrawberry jelly
Vanilla sponge cake or plain cake for layering
Fresh strawberries for chunks

Strawberry dessert
Make strawberry custard as per instruction in packet(In a pot get half litre milk boil,add sugar, make a paste of custard powder in little bit milk and add in boiled milk) Once custard is ready take it out in a separate bowl and mix in 150g double cream or heavy cream
Make strawberry jelly as per instruction.

Layering:
Any cake layer.
Break the jelly in small pieces and add on top of cake.
Add Strawberry custard.
Add fresh Strawberry chunks and chocolate flakes to decorate.
