Ingredients

  1. 4 pcsguavas, remove the center part and peel the skin
  2. 80 gramspreserved orange peel
  3. 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  4. 1 pcred chilli padi, finely chopped
  5. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Guava, peel the skin, remove the seed/center part.

  2. 2

    Mix with the rest of the ingredients. I used this one for this first trial.

  3. 3

    Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours and the guava will absorb the flavour of the orange peel and become very juicy. Enjoy!
