Ingredients

4 pcsguavas, remove the center part and peel the skin
80 gramspreserved orange peel
2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
1 pcred chilli padi, finely chopped
Pinchsalt

Steps

Guava, peel the skin, remove the seed/center part.

Mix with the rest of the ingredients. I used this one for this first trial.

Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours and the guava will absorb the flavour of the orange peel and become very juicy. Enjoy!
