5 servings

1 litremilk
3 tbssugar
1 tspcardamom powder
1/4 cupsliced dry fruits cashew nuts, almonds pistachios
1 pinchkesar / saffron

Reduce the milk into half, then

Add sugar in it and stir it. Then add Kesar, again cook it for 6 minutes, then add crushed dry fruits, boil the milk a little else the milk will become Rabdi. Serve it hot or cold.
