  • 1 litremilk
  • 3 tbssugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/4 cupsliced dry fruits cashew nuts, almonds pistachios
  • 1 pinchkesar / saffron

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Reduce the milk into half, then

  2. 2

    Add sugar in it and stir it. Then add Kesar, again cook it for 6 minutes, then add crushed dry fruits, boil the milk a little else the milk will become Rabdi. Serve it hot or cold.
