Jollof rice

Add rice into a pot and cover with water

Boil it for 10 minutes, place your partly cooked rice aside

Preheat your pot cover the bottom of it with oil and fry pieces of chicken meat

Place the fried meat aside

Add your vegetable oil and allow to heat, add chopped onion and allow to fry

Add blended vegetables to your already frying onions and allow to fry for some minutes

Add a little cup of water, seasoning, salt, curry and garlic powder

Cover your pot let it simmer a while

Add the perboiled rice and mix thoroughly

Cover the pot and leave the rice to cook on low to medium heat

Wait until rice turn soft and water vanishes

Then add carrot and green beans

Cover the pot and cook for 5minutes

Shred your cabbage and carrot

Mix together, put your mayonnaise and mix
