Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbasmati rice 80% cooked
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 5 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1/2capsicum chopped
  6. 1carrot chopped
  7. 5beans chopped
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 cupchicken in small pieces
  10. 1-2 tbspchilli sauce
  11. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  12. 2 tbspvinegar
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 1/2 tsppepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

    To a large non-stick pan add the oils, chicken, and cook over medium-high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, cook evenly. Remove chicken with a spoon and place chicken on a plate; set aside.then add the eggs to the other side, and cook to scramble, stirring as necessary.

    Add chopped garlic and chopped onions in a pan and saute till it turns slightly golden brown with some oil.

    Also add chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot and beans. saute them till ¾ cooked

    Add the chicken, rice, evenly drizzle with soy sauce and pepper, and stir to evenly mix. Cook for about 2 minutes

    Serve chicken fried rice hot
