Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 1/2 kgtomatoes
  3. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 literoil
  6. 25 gmsginger
  7. 3 tbspginger garlic water
  8. 3green chilies
  9. 1 tspcumin seed (roasted and grounded)
  10. Whole coriander seeds (roasted and grounded)
  11. 1 tspcrushed red chili
  12. 2 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1 tbspqasori methi
  14. 2thsp coriander leaves
  15. 2green chilies chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and put oil, fry chicken in this oil until turns a reddish colour

  2. 2

    Take a wok and put chopped tomatoes with little bit of water and cook until tomato cooks well. 

  3. 3

    When tomatoes are done, put fried chicken along crushed red chillies, salt and ginger garlic water (take a bowl and put roughly chopped ginger garlic and water, and use this water) and fry well.

  4. 4

    Now add green chillies, black pepper, ginger flakes, roasted masala (cumin seeds and coriander seeds) and some oil (which we used to fry chicken) and fry well.

  5. 5

    Then add lemon juice and cook in steam for 5 minutes on very low heat.

  6. 6

    Add qasori methi and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies
