In a pan take 4 glass of water, add salt ginger garlic paste and whole spices and bring it to boil.

Now add rice and water. Cook until rice are fully done.

Once reached to the boiling temperature, add chicken pieces and one tomato cut in slices.

Cook until Chicken becomes tender, take out chicken from pan.

Sieve the spices and restore stock for use.

Make a paste of remaining 2 tomatoes.

In half of a tomato puree, add 2 tbsp of mandi masala and coated chicken well. Leave for 2 hours

In a pan, add oil, fry onion in it, until golden grown. Add ginger garlic paste, cook until aroma comes out.

Add tomato puree, mandi masala in it.

Bake the chicken pieces in oven. For 20 mins.

Chicken mandi is ready to serve.
