  8. Top with berries
  9. Lunch:
  10. Blend 1C coconut milk
  11. 1/2avocado
  12. 1 Tbspnut butter
  13. 1 Tbspchia seeds
  14. 1 scoopchocolate collagen powder
  15. 1 Tbspcoconut oil
  16. Water if needed
  17. Snacks:
  18. Rich meats
  19. Cheeses
  20. Olives
  21. Low carb veggies
  22. Don't go overboard on snacks
  23. Dinner:
  24. Moderate serving of protein plus
  25. plenty of far and non starchy veggies-
  26. Example: steak fajitas and guacamole
