  1. 1 1/2 kgchicken pieces
  2. 1 1/2 headsgarlic crushed
  3. 1 tablespoonsweet paprika
  4. 3 teaspoonssea salt
  5. 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  7. salt and pepper

    Clean the chicken well and wipe dry

  2. 2

    Prepare and marinade with the crushed garlic, paprika, sea salt, salt and pepper, oil and soy sauce

  3. 3

    Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and turn to cover well

  5. 5

    Cover the dish in place in refrigerator for 24 hours or at least 16 hours

  6. 6

    Bake uncovered approximately for one hour at 250°C
