Clean the chicken well and wipe dry

Prepare and marinade with the crushed garlic, paprika, sea salt, salt and pepper, oil and soy sauce

Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes

Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and turn to cover well

Cover the dish in place in refrigerator for 24 hours or at least 16 hours

Bake uncovered approximately for one hour at 250°C
