Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgrinded dried okra
  2. Grinded scotch bonnet, tomatoes, red pepper and onion
  3. Seasonings and spices
  4. Chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken truly and bring to boil (add water above chicken)

  2. 2

    Add seasonings and spices and chopped onion

  3. 3

    Cover and leave until chicken scrambled

  4. 4

    Gradually add okra and whisk.

  5. 5

    Serve with Tuwo or eba
