1 slicepineapple
1/4an ovacado
10 gmsginger
1medium cucumber (peeled)
juicee of one lemon

Cut all the ingredients into bite size pieces and pit them in ur blender.

Add a little cold water, cover and blend for a minute or until it forms a smooth mixture.

Pur into a glass and enjoy.
